On Saturday 16th November, Scouts & Explorer Scouts from across Daventry District participated in a night-time navigation competition known as Star Trek. This was the first time the competition has been held since 2018.
Fourteen teams consisting of nine Scout teams & five Explorer Scout teams took part this year. The objective was to navigate an 8-mile route in the dark, while completing different challenges at each of the eight bases, demonstrating skills and knowledge. Points were awarded for teamwork, skills, knowledge, good manners and behaviour. Well done to everyone who took part and to Jason Greenough for organising the event. Looking forward to next year already!
